Police have detained two minors for allegedly killing a Delhi teen by slitting his throat and stabbing him many times for resisting phone snatching.

By Tanseem Haider: Police have detained two minors for allegedly killing a Delhi teen by slitting his throat and stabbing him many times for resisting phone snatching.
Police said, on Saturday afternoon, they received a call at the Maidan Garhi Police Station regarding a dead body lying near the Radha Krishna Mandir in Telephone Mohalla.
Police reached the crime spot and recovered the body of a teen (approximately 18 years old) with stabbing marks all over his body and a deep cut mark on his throat.
After the body was identified, it was sent to AIIMS Delhi for autopsy.

Police said the deceased was identified by his grandmother as Harsh, a resident of Kalu Ram Chowk, Sanjay Colony, Bhati Mines.
A case of murder was registered at the Maidan Garhi police station and an investigation was taken up.

Police have recovered the murder weapon (knife), mobile phone, and SIM card of the deceased along with clothes and shoes worn by the suspects at the time of the incident.
Police said one of the apprehended juveniles snatched the mobile phone of the deceased and when he tried to resist, the other boy cut his throat and stabbed him several times in front of onlookers.
