The Big Bang Awards were created to recognize excellence in the fields of advertising, media, digital, and marketing. The Awards are given out by the Advertising Club Bangalore, one of the oldest and most respected advertising clubs in India.
The Big Bang Awards have been given out for over two decades, and they continue to be one of the most prestigious awards in the industry celebrating excellence in the areas of creative, media, digital, and marketing.
The high power jury, as in previous years, comprises of eminent advertising, media and marketing professionals, people drawn from across the country and the APAC region.
The awards are presented by Meta (Facebook), powered by Manorama News, manoramaMAX and Mazhavil Manorama and supported by Medianews4u, Exchange4media, AdGully and MediaBrief.
And Brandemic won not one, not two, but three awards at it.
Brandemic took over the prestigious “Big Bang Awards” presented by Meta in the purple hoodies winning 3 awards across 2 categories, it was an absolute honor sharing the podium with some of the biggest brands in the branding, marketing, and advertising space.
We bagged silver and bronze for Best Corporate Website design for Realtap and Pal Exports respectively and a bronze for brand identity design category for Pal Exports.

RealTap
Real Tap is an award-winning luxury real estate brokerage firm from Bangalore. They cater to the most discerning clientele with a desire and demand for luxury real estate.
Luxury real estate is undoubtedly one of the most exciting sectors to be a part of, it is also extremely competitive and trust-driven, and difficult to penetrate. When you try understanding the consumer base for Realtap, it will appear very obvious that most of the target customer base would be high-end rich individuals with fine taste, and for them appearance matters… A lot!
While branding Realtap, we were focused on creating an identity that reflected class, simplicity, and luxury. The entire brand identity of Realtap, specifically the logo is a classic blend of minimalistic yet sophisticated type form focusing on the letter ‘A’ for distinction, with only one small embellishment to make it stand apart from any other symbol – golden lining running across its length culminating in what can easily be interpreted as protection or boundaries, symbolized by the base triangle. The sharp simplicity makes this elegant house emblematic of Grace and Discernment something truly special, sure to catch anyone’s eye.
PalExports
Pal Exports is a pioneer in the fabric and apparel manufacturing industry with a rich legacy. The business was originally set up in 1952 and has been growing ever since with many successful decades under its belt. With three manufacturing units in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Vapi, Pal Exports envisions creating a brand that defines its success not only through revenues, turnovers, and profits but largely by their contribution towards a better world.
The project was a bit tricky as the Indian textile manufacturing sector as a whole has never been focused on creating an effective brand positioning. We wanted to position Pal Exports as a global company that is trustworthy and a benchmark of quality. To create a distinguished identity, we created a logo with an icon within the typeface showing the core business of the brand, the color pallets were chosen to further solidify the trust element of the brand and create a strong recall value that would position the brand globally.
The branding exercise targeted large suppliers, contractors, and distributors in the textile industry who rely on trust, history, and the management of the company to make purchase/alliance decisions.
It was an honour to be awarded in front of India’s biggest creative agencies. We met amazing people, and it was great to rock our purple hoodies.
