Out of these projects, eight have been constructed in Ladakh, four in Jammu and Kashmir, five in Arunachal Pradesh, two in Rajasthan and three in Sikkim, Punjab and Uttarakhand, respectively.

On September 6, 2022, an MoU was signed between the Development and Education Communication Unit (DECU), ISRO and Border Roads Organisation.
