Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin mentioned that the federal government gained the ‘first spherical of battle’ in opposition to NEET as Governor RN Ravi assured Stalin the anti-NEET invoice could be forwarded for Presidential assent.
The anti-NEET invoice was adopted by the state meeting on February 8. The invoice seeks exemption for his state from the Nationwide Eligibility-cum-Entrance Check (NEET) for admission to medical and dental faculties.
Stating the dialog with the Governor, Stalin mentioned that there is not going to be any room for NEET within the state and the federal government would work in the direction of making certain this.

Well being minister M Subramanian mentioned that CM MK Stalin had met the Governor yesterday and obtained optimistic suggestions with regard to NEET.
