Israel’s ambassador to India Naor Gilon on Saturday highlighted the online hatred he is receiving after he publicly slammed filmmaker and film festival jury head Nadav Lapid for calling The Kashmir Files a “propaganda, vulgar” film.

By India Today Web Desk: Days after Israel’s ambassador to India Naor Gilon publicly slammed filmmaker and film festival jury head Nadav Lapid for calling The Kashmir Files a “propaganda, vulgar” film, the Israeli diplomat has flagged the online hatred he has been receiving.
Gilon, on Saturday, shared a screenshot of a comment that he received on Twitter. The message in the tweet read, “Hitler was great when he burned down scums like you. Immediately and f**k off from India. Hitler was a great person.”

The Israeli convoy wrote,”Just wanted to share one of a few DMs I got in this direction. According to his profile, the guy has a PhD. Even though he doesn’t deserve my protection, I decided to delete his identifying information.”
Soon after posting the message, he received unlimited support from the Indians. In another tweet, he thanked everyone for their support.

Naor Gilon, Ambassador of Israel to India, in response to Israeli filmmaker Nadav Lapid calling ‘The Kashmir Files’ a propaganda, vulgar film, had said that “It is insensitive and presumptuous to speak about historical events before deeply studying them.”
