Washington:
President Joe Biden known as Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin a “warfare felony” on Wednesday over his bloody invasion of neighboring Ukraine.
“I feel he’s a warfare felony,” Biden advised reporters.
White Home Press Secretary Jen Psaki stated Biden was “talking from his coronary heart” after seeing photographs on tv of “barbaric actions by a brutal dictator via his invasion of a international nation.”
Putin ordered a big scale invasion of Ukraine three weeks in the past, saying Russia desires to power the disarmament of Ukraine’s navy and topple the pro-Western authorities.
Ukraine’s navy, backed by heavy move of Western weapons, has fought again, largely stalling the Russian advance. Russian troops have turned more and more to bombardments of civilians, prompting three million Ukrainians to turn out to be refugees.
