Malaika Arora is a fitness enthusiast who makes an effort to attend her yoga and gym sessions even when she is on the road. She is frequently seen outside her yoga studio, absolutely stunning in her exercise clothing and establishing numerous objectives.
Her social media is flooded with videos and photos of exercises being performed in the class, each focusing on a different portion of the body or dealing with a different health concern. Because of her busy lifestyle, the 49-year-old is able to maintain her shape and look gorgeous in every shot.
Malaika headed to Instagram this week to share a fitness video. It was shared on a Monday, which is certainly the laziest day of the week, when most people are uninspired to leave the house, let alone go to a gym to work out. The mother-of-one, on the other hand, took her sessions seriously and provided a mantra and affirmations.
“Have you had a workout that was so good that it made you feel powerful and believe that all the pain and effort was worth it?” Malaika said in the caption. This one was similar to that for me.”
In the accompanying video, the star can be seen stretching in her yoga studio, ‘The Diva Yoga,’ working on her leg and core muscles. Malaika placed one of her legs in a suspension rope while standing on a mat. With one leg bowed, she went forward slowly towards the floor, stretching the top half of her body. “Today being the last Monday of 2022, I have a motto for you: ‘I am powerful,” she said in the caption. And I love myself for who I am.”
“While you keep this in mind, remember to enjoy the successes you’ve used to have this year and all the progress you’ll make in the coming one,” Malaika added.
If you dislike severe fitness regimens, you can try simple stretching exercises that offer numerous benefits. Stretching can help you avoid injuries while also improving your physical performance and making your body more flexible in the long run. It can also help your muscles operate more effectively by increasing blood flow and minimising tiredness in your body. Such exercises are especially important throughout the winter months to avoid becoming inactive.
