Parineeti Chopra, who got engaged to AAP leader Raghav Chadha earlier this month, has been sharing new snippets from the grand yet intimate celebrations every now and then. Today, she is gushing over a picture of her “mains” – her brothers Shivang and Sahaj, and Raghav Chadha. The photo was shared by Parineeti’s siblings on Instagram and she couldn’t help but reshare it on the Stories. “Mains,” read the caption. In the picture, Raghav Chadha is sharing a side hug with Shivang and Sahaj. The trio, wearing traditional outfits in the same ivory tone, look dashing.

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged on May 13. They announced the news on social media with surreal pictures from the ceremony. While Parineeti’s adorable caption read: “Everything I prayed for… I said yes! (ring icon),” Raghav wrote: “Everything I prayed for. She said yes! (ring icon).”

Parineeti Chopra also revealed how she knew Raghav Chadha was “the one”. It read: “When you know, you know. One breakfast together and I knew – I had met the one. The most wonderful man whose quiet strength would be calming, peaceful and inspiring. His support, humour, wit and friendship are pure joy. He is my home. Our engagement party was like living a dream – a dream unfurling beautifully amidst love, laughter, emotion and loads of dancing! As we hugged those we loved dearest and celebrated with them, emotions overflowed. As a little girl in awe of princess stories, I had imagined how my fairytale would begin. Now that it has, it is even better than I had imagined.”

On the work front, Parineeti Chopra was last seen in Uunchai, which also starred Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani and Anupam Kher. Her upcoming projects include Chamkila, directed by Imtiaz Ali, and Tinu Suresh Desai’s Capsule Gill.
