Now Swara and Fahad took to social media to share that they’re blessed with a baby girl and they’ve named her Raabiyaa. Swara delivered the baby on Saturday, September 23. The actress wrote, “A prayer heard, a blessing granted, a song whispered, a mystic truth.. Our baby girl Raabiyaa was born on 23rd September 2023 With grateful and happy hearts, thank you for your love! It’s a whole new world ”
Swara also shared a glimpse of her daughter on her story. They’ve named her #Raabiya- after the Sufi mystic Rabia Basri. The name also means ‘Spring’ and/or Queen
Last week, Swara had shared glimpses of her baby shower and she was so elated. The ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actress had shared a video and expressed that it was a big surprise for her, so much so, that she turned up to her baby shower party in pyjamas. Swara wrote, “I love surprises! Last week, one of my oldest friends @samar_narayen & the amazing @laks7 and Fahad gave me the sweetest surprise in the form a baby shower that they managed to plan and execute without me getting even a whiff of it! I was sooooo clueless I arrived in pajamas! Ok not quite.. but I didn’t catch on till I caught @kaushikmoitra & @priyatnabasu arriving outside & then too I was merely confused!”
She had further added, “Heart is soooo full! This baby is so lucky to be surrounded by such loving and wonderful Masis and Mamus, and Nanas and Nanis Thank you all soooooo much!”
